The BC PNP started with new immigration system called Skilled Immigration Registration System (SIRS) in January 2016 also (widely knows as BC PNP). SIRS is an intake management system that allows British Columbia to select candidates for Provincial Nomination according to scores.
SIRS is conducted by British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP). As it is point based system applicant receive scores based on the information provided while making their online profile (same as an express entry), after that they enter in the pool along with other candidates. BC PNP performs draws periodically and candidates get the invitation to apply for Province Nomination through different streams of British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program.
The BC Provincial Nominee Program offers three ways to become a permanent resident in B.C. Each pathway contains different categories you can apply under, depending on your National Occupational Classification skill level, job, or international student status. You may not require prior work experience in some categories.

Please help consult on this case.
I receive a Permanent job offer with the initial 6 months probation. Is this job offer considered to be eligible under PNP during or after the probation period? Shall I start applying for PNP right after I start working for this employer or wait until the probation period ends?
Thank you
Hello Jack,
As long as employer is willing to offer you a permanent job offer you can apply for BC PNP right away without waiting for the probation period. But its always advisable to get it to check by a professional consultant. You can reach us at Contact@nvimmigration.ca
Hope it helps
